What should our family wear for the session?
Great question! Dressing for your session should be fun and stress-free.
To help you achieve the exact look and feel you want, we provide personalized styling advice and access to a limited number of custom backgrounds.
Remember, you never have to guess alone! Feel free to send us photos of your outfit ideas before your session, and we’ll gladly review and consult with you to make sure everything ties together perfectly.
What happens if we can't make the appointment?
No worries at all! Life gets busy.
You can reschedule your booking anytime up to 24 hours in advance. Just send us a quick message, and we'll get your new session locked in right away.
How long until we receive our final photo collection?
You will receive a private online proofing gallery within 2 weeks of your session. Full downloadable high-resolution collections, print rights, and custom print orders are processed immediately upon your final selections.
What if my children are shy or having a difficult day?
There is zero expectation for forced smiles or rigid poses. Our sessions are relaxed, play-led, and patient. We follow your children's natural pace, giving them plenty of space to explore, laugh, and just be themselves.
